SHIPPING POLICY

Please note that We don't ship to places like the military, some restricted areas, pick-up points, or PO boxes. If you need more info, just ask us.

Sometimes, you can pick up your stuff for free from our office or boutique. Check our website or contact our customer service to find out more. We'll tell you by email or phone when your stuff is ready to pick up.

If you order a bunch of jewelry then we'll only send it when everything is ready.

4. Or Pick it up from your nearest FedEx Warehouse

Exchange or Return of Goods

You can trade or upgrade the jewelry you bought within 5 days, as long as you show the original receipt and pay any extra money if needed.

If you got diamond jewelry, you can exchange it for other diamond jewelry. T&C applies

We might not take back damaged, dirty, or customized jewelry without the original receipt. If you used the jewelry, we'll check its quality before swapping it. We'll decide how much it's worth based on market value minus production costs.

Once we deliver the jewelry to you, it's your responsibility. But it still belongs to us until you've paid for it in full. You should keep it safe and consider getting insurance.

Our quality certificate only applies to our jewelry with the original receipt. Terms and conditions apply to all our products.

We don’t buy back Customized jewelry or Jewellery made of loose/certified diamonds from other jewellers.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Yes we do only if the invoice amount is more than 5000 AED

Do you deliver to my postcode?

No, we don't as it comes under luxury items

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Yes it is possible for jewelry available at our stores, except Saturday and Sunday.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes indeed. Since the package is shipped with your name, and its a valuable item. You have to receive it by providing any national ID for security reasons.
